What services do you offer under one roof?

Where do you operate?

Brokerage coverage across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Within East Texas we maintain pre-vetted mineral title across all 8 focus counties (Anderson, Cherokee, Freestone, Houston, Leon, Madison, Robertson, Trinity) — so leasing and curative work start on day one.

What does “pre-vetted title” mean?

Ownership, chain-of-title, and curative issues are already screened across our 8 East Texas focus counties. When you bring us an AOI inside that footprint, we don’t start a 90-day kickoff — we start runsheets and lease-prep on day one.

Do you provide staffing or just consulting?

Both. We staff and manage full project teams — landmen, title attorneys, GIS, contracts — or place individual specialists into your existing team. Project managers own the schedule, the budget, and the deliverable.

What land tech platforms do you administer?

iLandMan, Quorum Land, and P2 Tobin Land. Data conversions, document management, lease records buildout, ownership updates, and reporting.

Do you handle renewables and CCS?

Yes. Solar, wind, BESS, Class VI carbon sequestration, and hyperscaler / data-center campus acquisition — including ERCOT/PUCT interconnection, fiber easements, cooling water, and Chapter 313/403 abatement work.

Are you a brokerage or an in-house team?

We run as a brokerage so you don’t carry the fixed overhead of a full land department, but our project managers work as if embedded — under your forms, your standards, and your systems when you prefer. We sign confidentiality agreements before scope conversations.
