> NechesLand is a team of professional landmen acquiring oil and gas mineral leases as principal across eleven East Texas counties (Anderson, Cherokee, Freestone, Harrison, Houston, Leon, Madison, Panola, Robertson, Rusk, and Trinity), and a full-service land broker delivering staffing, title and curative, leasing, right-of-way, contracts and A&D, land tech, division orders, leasehold protection, regulatory, and renewables/CCS/data-center services across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.

NechesLand operates on two sides of the business under one roof:

1. **Principal mineral leasing** (East Texas, 11 counties) - we are the named lessee on every lease offer. Title research is performed at our expense whether or not a lease results. Lease offers are made in writing, by mail, on standard Texas lease forms. The target reservoirs are the Haynesville Shale and Deep Bossier natural gas formations.

2. **Full-service land brokerage** (TX · LA · OK · NM) - we staff and manage land projects end to end for operators, producers, and mineral companies. Pre-vetted title across all 11 East Texas focus counties means leasing and curative work begin on day one, not after a 90-day kickoff.
